Summary
Raskiff is a short king (gnome) from one of the islands closer to the mists. One of his most memorable features is a perpetual emanation of mist billowing from his body, especially from the neck area, which might make him come off as unnerving to others. Contrary to his look he is very friendly, and would rather solve a conflict by buying everyone a drink than resorting to fists. He has gained a small bit of fame as a fortune teller, and has been sent to this unit as a house representative of his current employer.
A member of the Regent’s Legation, he is a Gnome Swarm Summoner, with Eidolons resembling mirages from the World Fleece.
