Dominus was a council member of Veridica. Of unsound mind, or perhaps privy to maddening knowledge, Dominus was usually just dismissed the crazy one in the cult. Everybody knew, however, that he was an incredibly talented martial artist with so little self-regard he could destroy anyone he put his mind to. His hands were locked away in locked alloy boxes on him.
