Nazaar Eviljaw is a small but fearsome kobold pirate that sails Friedport and Horiza. He usually wears an oversized trench coat, hiding his one arm that’s been replaced with an arm cannon. On his back he also wears a contraption that looks like a ship’s wheel with an assortment of barrels sticking out of it, which all fire in a rapid volley when the wheel is spun.
