A tengu-like poppet that was created by a son of a witch in Sergetis. Very visible for his constant theatric performances around his home town, he ended up tricked onto a convoy set for Friedport, potentially because the town found him annoying. For some reason, the town found his martial arts-like moves he sometimes incorporated into his performances unnerving.
As he arrived in Friedport, he briefly partook in a quest with the Welcoming Party. After uncovering a mysterious masked buyer of the stolen goods he was supposed to recover was actually a pair of hardworking kobolds, he was so touched he kept their identities a secret. Likely went on to settle into a non-adventurous job afterwards.
