Liberine is a coastal settlement of Hommagong in Mogxa, only a little smaller than the largest settlement of Tributaris to its east. It celebrates its founding history as that of an army that waged a war of liberation against the Mogxan Empire which temporarily routed the imperial forces and then settled down to create a new city of freemen.
