Xiafrage is a settlement in the Mogxan Lakes that sits at a very low elevation after the lands it was built on have sunk more and more, usually gradually but also sometimes suddenly, over the years. The settlement has attempted to extend upwards along the hills it touches, and has created a rope-car and other tools in order to transport things up and down these slopes.
