Rar Win is a Friedporter craftsman and tinkering, with a particular interest in the use of wood for almost all projects. Friedport, a capital of woodworking, is thus the perfect home for him. He has been a member of the Holdok Crafting Guild.
He easily gets ill with a cold, and is often sniffly. He tends to speak shortly and to the point, with little attention to social nuance and emotions.
