Overview
The Skeletons of dead bodies are frequently animated into Undeath by lingering energies, or intentionally by Necromancers. The vast majority of these, like most undead, lack any sort of intelligence beyond highly basic and violent instincts and the potential commands of their masters - though the skeletons of soldiers usually remember how to use their weapons, and some may even recall the ability to use spells. A very few animated skeletons retain their intellect and memories for unknown reasons, and stay as people.
