The Transient Shepherds are one of the Folksy Guilds of Philosophia. Followers of the Wheel of Death, the Shepherds make use of areas of the city and its underground others neglect. They serve an important role in maintaining and feeding the city, through sanitation, pest control and fungal agriculture.
