A brine Dragonblood Commander, Haru is the younger brother of Sora Lockneed. Once commanding the citizens militia of Kantby, he had been replaced by Hanya. Intelligent and charismatic, he inspires confidence in many a heart, although his dragon level ego is grating to equally as many. He also sports incredibly tough scales and a great affinity for swimming, hunting fish recreationally.
He has a penchant for shouting “HARUUU” whenever succeeding at something.
