Sora Lockneed is the brine Dragonblood governor of Kantby, her full name is Sora bint Kenzō Lockneed. Proud and strategic, it is said she’s insistent on forging her own destiny after her remaining family on Vilhun fled or gone missing.
Usually seen wearing a large shawl of various colors and patterns, she conceals most of her body with warm clothing until summertime. Until then, her glossy aquamarine scales can only be seen at the bathhouses she frequents and uses as private meeting spaces, directly owning at least one such establishment and being a recognized patron of various others.
Sora came to power during a turbulent time after the rebellion in Kantby deposed its previous incompetent governorship. Through a combination of her status as a dragonblood, populist rhetoric, and weak opposition, she gained respect amongst the remaining citizens of Kantby and soon after been unofficially titled the Baron of Kantby.
She has since managed Kantby for many years unopposed.
