Deria encompasses a variety of smaller islands outside the immediate shores of Lorgun to its north, scattered around the seas on the way to Horiza. Often claimed only by Dragons and the animals that live on them. These dragons govern only themselves as individuals, though are often at war with the peoples of Lorgun. The islands are a beautiful tropical sight, incredibly full of varied animal-life that - many of which cannot be found (easily) anywhere else. Some few hunters have dared to go to Derian isles to bring back rare animal pelts or other parts, only to meet their ends to a dragon.
Sailing to the Horiza can be challenging due to the presence of the Derian islands on the way.
Dragons of the Derian islands have sometimes offered work as Mercenaries to Mogxans.
Notes
Derian islands are like the Galapagos islands if they were taken over by dragons. The dragons largely respect, and even protect, the animal-life, because they feel it makes their personal realms richer.
