The Dragonbreath Island is the island directly east of Flod, and where the The Vilhi Sultanate resides. It is the largest island of the Vilhun archipelago, and its industry center. The island is named after its particular shape resembling a dragon’s head and its smaller island inside of the Imperial Bay, resembling a dragon’s breath cloud.
The Imperial Bay
The bay area is the residential and trade center of the island, where boats meet, exchange, and fare away to other islands. While there are a number of ports around the entire island, the bay ports are the most crowded and are guarded by militarized fleets from both north and south corridors. The small island closing the bay acts mostly as a military base for the guardian ships, collecting taxes and pushing away pirates. Downtown of the immediate port-city are also the noble estates, including that of the ruler.
Dragon’s Eye
As you go more inland, the island becomes increasingly steep before becoming an outright mountain. This is where the industry center of Vilhun comes from, primarily craftworkers, farms, and alchemical manufactories. While there is some degree of mining on the island, the quality of it is poor and raw material is generally imported from other parts of the world, or in an ever increasing part, transmuted from other metals via alchemy.
