The Philosophian Peripherie is the outgrowth of Philosophia that has expended beyond the Pactwalls to its north. That which has grown outside the walls to the south is called the Sophine Hills. Due to their presence outside of the walls, the Pactlaw does not apply equally to these districts - but it has also politically been allowed to stay mostly under the autonomous leadership of Philosophia itself. It acts as a bit of a meeting point for the city state’s people and the Mogxan Empires they swear de jure allegiance to.
The Academie Peripherie lies in the Philosophian Peripherie just touching the outer northern edge of the wall. It has rather good access to core Philosophia due to this, as well as its active entertainment and night-life, even if the rectorate forbids their students from going.
The Silver River passes through the Peripherie, denoting its effective western border.
