Meizhine is a large settlement that constitues part of Central Mogxa as well as the Mogxan Steppe. It sits in an area with plentifully flat lands, much rather steppe-like. The Agriculture here requires intensive irrigation to function - which has indeed worked well over the centuries, and provided many innovations and an example in workforce discipline to the rest of Mogxa. Many hunters and mount-riders prefer the settlement due to the lands around it. Central Mogxa
Meizhine serves as a bit of a hub, and one can pass through it to reach the northern Mogxan shore, or to get down to Philosophia (or specifically, the Peripherie first) and Imperial Mogxa to the south. The Meizhine lands also touch the Young Bluff, and thus can be used to reach Bluffshire. One can also reach Houville to the west.
Importantly, Meizhine is connected with a rather large road to the twin settlements of Pezhu and Poli to its east - which constitutes the main veins connecting east and west in Mogxa.
