Transbluff is a settlement of East Galaen nomads that were convinced to settle down by Mogxan authorities of the Mogxa - though the term is also used for the tribes that retain their older ways of life in the area around it still. It sits not far from the Dwarven Bluffs that denote the edge of Craggy Galae.
They remain relatively free from the influence of Cragmoore.
