Foreman Garlos is an Elf that has a great adoration for both large scale engineering as well as small-scale tinkering. He has worked as the foreman of the Amberhole quarry of Friedport and mining operations (employed by the HGA), and on his own time, collects and appreciates rare Firearms. He is quite unlike other elves in how much he partakes in ‘rough’ labour, due to his interests.
