The Gallant Sir Halvinos was a rare halfling to have achieved a level of fame and respect by a large population, which he did through his humanitarian efforts as a Peacemaker. He is known to have helped many affected by war and devastation in Galae, before helping them resettle elsewhere. He was particularly important in helping many Kholo reach Horiza - and more specifically, Friedport - which is also where Halvinos would finally settle down at only a slightly early retirement age. He passed away in the city of Friedport, leaving behind a mansion overseeing Windfall in the Phyrraumids.
Halvinos had a brother named Halfdan, which avoided the spotlight but tended to follow Halvinos’ travels broadly. It is perhaps due to his shyness and strange behaviour that a conspiracy formed that he was a serial killer that his brother was covering for. Others have claimed this as a naked attempt at defaming Halvinos’ legacy.
