A phenomenon in which blood-like and thunderous mists descend upon areas of Materia and either cause its denizens to be transported to Crimson (and usually die or be enslaved), or it releases Devils or Demons upon the lands.
Usually centered on the geographic region around the Crimson Desert.
Potentially related to Ferwethi Blood Rain.
