The Draconic Legions were army corps largely filled with Dragonbloods after the Draconic Concordat in the Kobold Empire. They famously wore flat metal hat-like helmets with horns. The armies of the Sanitorium were modelled on the Draconic Legions, which is visible in their uniforms. The Knights of the Round also copied the famous hat into their armour.
