Enui is an island off the northern coast of Mogxa. Despite traditionally being part of the Mogxan sphere and its empires, the island never played much import to the emperors and has largely ran its own affairs. Enui has a grey and rainy climate, as well as thick forests and uneven hills that make urbanising or farming difficult. Today, the island is embroiled in a protracted fight between a Crusader force and the small Sanitationist contingent that has been tasked with eliminating them.
The island contains a sizeable population of Vilhi and speakers of its common language, Draconic. Some ruins on the island put to question whether the island may have at one point been governed by Vilhun, though it can also be claimed these were merely left by Vilhi visitors or fishermen.
The word “Ennui” is said to have been termed by Imperial Mogxan garrison guards stationed on the island once. These guards described their duty there as so mind-numbingly boring it was as if they were in a half-asleep state, of which they barely remembered anything.
