Titanaurk Salvo Kaesalver is an Orc librarian and Judge working for the Horizan Guild Association in Friedport. He oversaw the trial HGA v. Bande Aparte, in which he briefly made a verdict against all the evidence previously shown. This was speculated to be because of the influence of the Shadow over Friedport. After the timely intervention of Dobi, however, he corrected his verdict and saw Bande Aparte a free man.
