The Gentle Prosecutor was a Sanitationist prosecutor and envoy to the city of Friedport. His job was to maintain relations between the Horizan Guild Association in Horiza and the Sanitorium, but also given the authority to prosecute crimes, he effectively was a tool keeping HGA in line. As a young, accomplished and handsome man, he was known to enjoy parties and charming people in his spare time.
He tried Bande Aparte for the grand theft of and smuggling of the Vestitur under judge Titanaurk Kaesalver, opposing the defence council consisting of Gator Grippli, Ashur Holdok and Louen Leonceur. During the trial, Auldwell Fareawel was revealed as a Crusader agent, and the trial site was bombed in an attempt to free him and escape. The Gentle Prosecutor was pronounced to have died, his body taken by the river after said explosion.

Unbeknown to most, Gentle survived (with scarring) and continued in private his role securing Sanitorium interests in the colonies under the callsign “The Ambassador.” He helped try to cover up the Paradox Area. Eventually, he defected and joined the pirates of the Queen of Grog, where he played a part in planning and carrying out the vigilante punishment of the Iron Brothers.
