Dobi was the trusted Ysoki aide of Captain Damia that has since taken over the Patrollers of Friedport. After the passing of Damia and the end of the Landcrab Plot, Dobi, Ashur Holdok and Councilman Redd were instrumental to a series of reforms to the city of Friedport.
