Kiltox is a fortress settlement on the westernmost edge of the Painted Province of Canath, which lies north of the Celene. It is mainly staffed by warriors from Sharghei’s Landing. Kiltox has long served as the most important bastion against the Forbidden Coast to its west, and has also played a mostly symbolic role in guarding the Celtwix Strait - together with the settlement of Isthram Sedu on the other side.
