Isthram Sedu, sometimes just Ishtram, is a settlement on the western edge of the Celene of Canath, which famously guards the Celtwix Strait which spans from it to the shore of Fort Kiltox. It sits on a peninsula-island, whose land bridge is sometimes submerged by the sea and sometimes not.
The settlement is not too long of a sail from Amoas.
