The Imperial Estates are a large mostly wild land that was exclusively tied to the Imperial City, whose citizens once enjoyed exclusive rights of access to and hunting in it. This has been loosening up however, much to their dismay. The Draconic Tribes also have a certain claim to parts of it, especially the Red Gown Tribes towards the southern coast.
The Imperial Estates can also be accessed from the area of Kathayle as well as Wedu.
