Kathayle is the main coastal city of Imperial Mogxa, to the south of the Imperial City and Philosophia. Most of the Sanitorium fleet is based here, and most all trade sailing over the Rubyfirth Bay and The Rend goes through here. It was once a mere small fishing town of the Draconic Empire. The Underworld of Kathayle is infamously active, with a large amount of smuggling, and perhaps even illegal Slavery happening. Underground gladiator matches are a big draw of tourism and money.
It contains a lot of Kobolds, and a sizeable minority of Dragonbloods despite attempts to limit their influence.
