The Red Gown Tribes, named after their clothing, is a Draconic Tribe that inhabits the southern edge of Imperial Mogxa. They’re staying on contested lands that some say should belong to the Imperial Estates - but few have wanted to bother escalating the issue in order to try to remove them. It is believed the Red Gown Tribes have ties to powerful people in, and perhaps the Underworld of, the Imperial City.
Rumours tend to swirl around regarding the Red Gown Tribes, with some saying they help the sale of Dragonbloods into Dragonblood Gladiator and slavery, whereas others claim they are covertly working to free them.
