The Draconic Tribes of Mogxa are a collection of tribes mainly consisting of Dragonbloods, Kobolds, and, nominally, some proper Dragons, which formed after the signing of the Draconic Concordat. They have a long history of drawing on the legacy of Dragons and pressuring the Kobold Dynasty thrones for further rights and recognition of said legacy, as well as for loosening the laws against dragons. Some few have outright demanded the repealing of the Concordat, though given that this has usually led to military crackdown it is more common as an implicit desire and threat to pursue it if not given other privileges than a public goal.
