The Little Isles are a set of islands off the southern coast of Imperial Mogxa which were once inhabited by the Draconic Empire and then Draconic Tribes. It has more recently been seized and settled by those more loyal to the Sanitorium, which has caused conflict with the local Dragonbloods. The Red Gown Tribes have taken in many whom were forced to relocate from the Little Isles, and remain an ally whose threats make further escalation difficult.
