Bugs the Clown is a mentally disturbed Goblin that has enjoyed life as a circus performer. He in particular has a thing for eating coins. He usually wears a broken mouth-cage-like device. He was hired alongside Beau Gaux the Clown by a circus-owner in Friedport, before it got taken over by Gator Grippli. As Gator set out to travel the world with Cardinal Rackawn after the conclusion of the Landcrab Plot, Bugs went with them.
Both Bugs and Beau served as minor witnesses in the trial against Bande Aparte.
