The Witch in Yellow, known as Belle Belladonna by her friends, is a fabled Witch often spoken in hushed tones about by commonfolk. Throughout the last century she has been close to various important individuals, and has performed a number of great exercises of magical power - which has spawned various rumours and made her a feared individual. She was, surprisingly to some, the main signatory of the Witch Concordat. After its signing, she is not known to have done anything magical of notice. While it’s hard not to feel warm and comfortable in her presence, there’s still an air of something more behind her words.
The Witch in Yellow is acquainted with the Magus in the High Tower and an old friend of Bishop the Peacemaker.
She has met Cardinal Rackawn, Tricky, Rex Stormwind, Nimbus, Gator Grippli, Louen Leonceur and Ashur Holdok.
