Houville is a settlement on the Mogxan March, lying in-between Farxeau and Central Mogxa. It was famously almost entirely burned down during the revolts and invasion during the War Over Haeven, which is usually blamed on the Kobold Throne engaging in scorched earth. The evils of this act and their subsequent defeat is celebrated annually in the city as part of the Festival of Fire - during which many performers trained in various acts of fire show off.
