Shenghi Mountains
The Shenghi Mountains are an enormous mountain-range that divides Mogxa into east and west, perhaps amongst the highest mountains in the world. The peaks surround something of a high Plateau in the middle of them. Making traversal even more difficult, the mountains and plateau are covered in thick jungle all over - full of dangerous wildlife and over-sShenghi Breakgafauna. The Lakes of Life exist at its centre.
Lakes of Life
The Lakes of Life, or Shenghi Lakes, are a set of two large lakes that sit atop an incredibly high plateau that is also home to a dense jungle, separating west and east Mogxa. The lakes eventually drain out into a series of rivers which pass by Philosophia and which run out into the Mouth of Mogxa. It is extremely difficult to reach or traverse due to its geography, and as such has remained essentially unsettled and unclaimed, though the various Mogxan Empires have usually considered it part of their realm nonetheless. Many dangerous and yet unidentified creatures exist here.
The Lakes are a very spiritual and mystical place, and has been a pilgrimage destination for certain sects or schools of thought over the Millenia. Some may have left behind monastery ruins, writings and artefacts.
