Redd is a councilman of the Horizan Guild Association and crafter in Friedport. As a veteran of Mogxan wars, he has particular experience working with the explosive Redpowder (often used in fireworks or as a replacement for Godpowder), specialised crossbows, and with commanding ships. A paraplegia, he moves around with self-crafted custom wheelchairs fit for various purposes.
Having developed a contempt for elitist generals, he had a grudge with the Friedport system before the Landcrabs rebelled. He Redd in particular had history with Captain Kard. Together with Ashur Holdok and Captain Dobi, he played a part in reforming the city’s system.
