The Fat Tiger is a powerful figure that appears akin to a tiger-like Amurrun (though it is uncertain if he is one), that is most known for his collection of historical, magical and otherwise prestigious artefacts. He is of quite a bit of influence in Talvas, in which he has multiple times been appointed the Rajistrate of Rraka, and he has a palace to go with said title. His mansions are known to be gaudy and full of symbols of his endless wealth and curiosity for artefacts.
His reach also stretches to surrounding regions such as Rubyfirth Bay and Veducia, which he’s been known to hire people from and occasionally travel to. One person he has hired is Gozi Windaji, which he asked to hunt for trophies in Veducia. Gozi, succeeding in his task, gravely affected the life of Gator Grippli.
The Fat Tiger would eventually appear travelling to Friedport, during which he was almost robbed by the Queen of Grog but narrowly saved by Magnus Strike and Roslyn Chatkur. Impressed, the Fat Tiger ended up hiring Roslyn to help him track down the Vestitur. Initially unbeknownst to her, the Fat Tiger already had two agents working for him towards this purpose, Vendy Vendetta Rapidly and Gozi Windaji.
