The Crusaders come in many factions, many of which disorganised and disunited. Crusader Armies are some of the most consequential ones due to their military force. Crusader Sects are another type, often with a focus on correct practice, deciphering the New Creed, and directing the rest of the Crusader movement. While they are smaller in size and less armed than the Crusader Armies, that is not to say they don’t have militaristic wings or perform armed missions for the cause.

Most Crusader Sects declare their loyalty to the Iron Lotus and Home Base, with varying degrees of sincerity. Only a few sects disregard her and her prophecy altogether.

Some Crusader Sects are believers in Utopian Theory, believing they can use the teachings of the New Creed and Leylines to reach the plane in which the Titans reside.

Some known Crusader Sects: Veridica, a utopian village in Ferweth that got wiped out. Northpoint, a rival village of Veridica.
