The Crusader cause is most known for its large Armies, but it also maintains a sizeable fleet built along the southern coasts of Canath leading into the Rubyfirth Bay. This fleet is meant to project power into The Rend and the Mouth of Mogxa, and therefore to threaten the Sanitorium with invasion. The navy has for a long time built up without any large confrontations, as part of an arms race with the Sanitorium. It was used in a rapid operation in order to try to conquer Jed, after the Crusaders turned hostile to the Horizan Guild Association based there.
