A name given to a variety of natural disasters that have happened since the start of the The Great Silence. The Magus in the High Tower has famously attributed the frequency and scale of these directly to the exiling of the Titans - essentially blaming them on the Sanitorium. Crusaders often see them as divine retribution and use it to justify the need to return the Titans.
One such disaster is the Sinking of Sergetis, in which the southeastern peninsula and traditional homeland of the Dragons that ran the Draconic Empire sank under the sea.
The Leyline Problem has also been called a Disaster of the Silence.
